Mike has been working in the residential construction industry since he started as a laborer on a custom home crew to help pay for college. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a business degree, Mike decided to stay with the carpentry trade that he loved until eventually starting his own business in 2008.

The business has grown organically from the start, and Mike’s role has shifted from carpenter to project manager to overall production manager with a focus on running the business. Though sales, estimating, and project management take up the bulk of Mike’s work week, he still enjoys having the tool belt on and jumping into production with the team.

At home, Mike is busy with his three children: Addy, Connor, and Katie, and his lovely wife, Alicia. They have a happy home in Natick and enjoy skiing, playing in the neighborhood, and taking walks in the woods.

As project manager, Jeff helps keep the team running smoothly and materials and schedules on track. Jeff’s organizational skills are an essential part of what keeps projects moving forward on time.

At home Jeff has a growing daughter, Avery, and his wife, Ashley.
